I really hope you can reschedule. The last Of Montreal show in Richmond was the best live show I had ever seen in my life. I was so excited that the band was coming back. Richmond needs you!

Yeah well the acoustic there is kinda shitty. From the upper rows it is impossible to hear any lyrics or guitar riffs. I don’t know why you guys even play there. I took my sister to a concert there and was so embarassed about how it was just a blur of noise.

I was so ready to see you guys live! I live in Pittsburgh and my girlfriend bought the tickets. I was talkin the show up to all my friends for 2 weeks until I checked your website Thursday night. I gave my girlfriend a panic attack! but really that was because I woke her up from a dead sleep, with me acting like the apocalypse was upon us.
We couldn’t even make the Sunday night show so it didn’t mattered. Trust me, You have a big fan-base it Pittsburgh, stop by.

Hey effin bear-you must live in a cave. You must really have a lot of fun being by yourself. I dropped my daughter & her friends off for the last concert they played, as well as other artists at the National & thot that it was a great place to see & hear anyone.Thats ok, the place is a lot better off since you won’t be there. Hey, I plan on getting Costello tix in April.

Please do reschedule! We were sooo excited! Thanks!
That said, the sound at the National has been alright enough in my experience, though I haven’t watched a show from upstairs (I’m not sitting behind those box seats!). A general word of concert-going advice to anyone worried about audio fidelity: do what the tapers do and try to get near the soundboard. The upper rows of the balcony aren’t what the sound guys are mixing for.
